Ingredients
For the batter

- 100 g all–purpose flour
- 100 g corn flour
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 20 g granulated sugar
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- salt
- pepper
- 170 g milk
- 1 egg, medium
For the corn dogs
- 240 g Taste&Smile Mozzarella slices or grated
Execution Method
For the batter
1. Put the flour, cornmeal, paprika, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt, pepper, milk, egg in a bowl and mix with a hand whisk until the ingredients are homogenized.
2. Set aside.
For the corn dogs
1. Place a pan with seed oil on medium heat to burn.
2. Cut the Taste&Smile Mozzarella into strips of 40 g and stick sticks through one end.
3. Wrap the bacon around each piece of Taste&Smile Mozzarella and press well to stick.
4. Dip into the bowl with the batter and transfer to the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked and colored.
Remove on small paper and serve with bbq sauce.
